Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities include:
- Develop detailed requirements, functional specifications, and design documents
- Understand and follow system procedures applicable to the job
- Assist in all phases of full life cycle development
Skills: C# / ASP.NET, WCF, SQL Server (strong understanding of database design and development), Web Services skills (e.g. XML). Silverlight a plus.
Qualifications: 5+ years of industry experience. Computer Science degree or equivalent.
